Pierre Gasly x Fantom
In April 2021, The Grid secured Pierre a sponsorship by Fantom Foundation. Fantom is a blockchain with layer-1 platform built to be fast, scalable and low-cost, making them ideal for Decentralised Finance applications as well as real world uses. Sponsorship activations included dropping Pierre Gasly NFTs that were attached with his personal memorabilia such as his signed race-worn helmets, meet and greets at Grand Prix, and much more.
A season on, we brought Fantom on to become a sponsor for Scuderia AlphaTauri as well. And has since developed a very close relationship between them.
During the winter of 2017-18, we started working with Gabriel. Advising and supporting him as he finished 5th in the European Formula Renault.
We negotiated and sealed an unusual double-program for someone coming straight out from FR 2.0: a single-seater season in GP3 with Arden Motorsport alongside a highly demanded seat in the Jota x Jackie Chan Racing LMP2 car to compete in World Endurance Championship. Working together with the teams, Gabriel quickly settled in the new environment and coped with the pressure very well. Finding himself competing wheel-to-wheel with many renowned and experienced drivers in WEC.

Gabriel's development progressed rapidly and made a name for himself in Endurance Racing. He progressed well and impressed the paddock. The first win came only after 3 races at Silverstone (July 2018). At the end of his first season in Endurance racing, 1 year after graduating from Formula Renault, Gabriel was crowned WEC Vice-champion. His story continued the following year in both Europe, IMSA (USA), and the World Championships.

Pierre Gasly x Hawkers
During winter 2019, Pierre started a role as an ambassador for Hawkers, a fast-growing Spanish eyewear brand. After establishing the connection, we represented Pierre's commercial interests and negotiated a multi-year ambassadorship role for the brand. We've been having weekly meetings to ensure the partnership delivers high value for both parties and aligns with Pierre's team's expectations. The partnership is a success; a new contract was agreed in 2021 as the partnership continues.
Valentin met Mathieu and Guillaume during his time with the FFSA Autosport academy in Le Mans. When Valentin was having mixed results in F4 and Formula Renault, he reached out to The Grid Agency's advice. As we started working together, we agreed on a change of career path early on. We advised and geared him towards a GT career. Valentin meticulously overcame all the hurdles and went on to win the GT4 Europe championship in 2020. In 2021, he was inducted into the Aston Martin Driver Academy and began a professional career as a factory driver. His story now continues as an Aston Martin factory driver in WEC.

Gabriel to the USA
After excelling in Endurance Racing Gabriel Aubry wanted a new challenge. Since Guillaume accompanied Gabriel during most races, he knew exactly what Gabriel needed. So during Gabriel Aubry's second year with the agency, Guillaume secured him a seat in the IMSA championship for the 24 hours of Daytona and all the Endurance Races in the United States. Gabriel finished second at Daytona and continued to impressed DPI teams for the rest of the season. His adventure still continues in IMSA with a bright career ahead of him.
After the Rebellion LMP1 program's abrupt stop in 2020, Mathias reached out to Guillaume and Mathieu in search of new opportunities for his next career move. Guillaume identified several solutions. The most optimal medium-long term solution was to become a professional driver in Japan's Super GT.
After securing a first seat for the LMP2 Asian Series 2019-2020, Mathias went on to sign a Super GT professional contract in February 2020.

Anthoine Hubert contributing
Anthoine has always been a close friend to Guillaume, Mathieu, Pierre, Valentin, and Gabriel. And despite being linked to other career management paths which would benefit him financially, he decided to aid The Grid Agency. Particularly when Maceo Capietto's father, then Prema Racing Team’s technical director, and long-time friend to Guillaume, asked the agency for assistance to coach his son in Go-Kart Racing.
Anthoine stepped in to fill the role, not only as a driver coach, but so much more. He was truly dedicated and managed to develop a very close relationship with Maceo, helping him overcome all the hurdles linked with Go-Kart racing.
Maceo finished 6th in the FIA Karting World Championship in 2020 and is now starting his career in single-seater.
