WHAT WE DO

During the winter of 2017-18, we started working with Gabriel to advise and support him on his career as he finished 5th in the European Formula Renault.

We negotiated and sealed an unusual double-program for someone coming straight out from FR2.0: a single-seater season in GP3 with Arden Motorsport alongside a very demanded seat in the Jota x Jackie Chan Racing LMP2 car to compete in World Endurance Championship. Working together with the teams, we helped Gabriel to quickly find his place in those new environments and cope with the pressure of finding himself racing alongside many renowned and experienced drivers in WEC.

Gabriel managed to develop quickly and to make himself a name in Endurance racing. He progressed fast and impressed the paddock. The first win came only after 3 races at Silvertone (July 2018). At the end of his first season in Endurance racing, 1 year after graduating from Formula Renault, Gabriel was crowned WEC Vice-champion. The story continued the following year in both European, IMSA (USA), and World Championships.

Pierre Gasly X Hawkers

During winter 2019, Pierre started a role as an ambassador for Hawkers, a fast-growing Spanish eyewear brand. After establishing the connection, we represented Pierre's commercial interests and negotiated a multi-year ambassadorship role for the brand. We are now involved weekly to ensure the partnership delivers high value to both parties and aligns with Pierre's team communication expectations. The partnership is a success; an upgrade has been agreed to come in 2021 with more info to come in the 2021 summer.

Valentin met Mathieu and Guillaume while being at the FFSA Autosport academy in Le Mans.  When Valentin had mixed results in F4 and Formula Renault, he asked for The Grid Agency's advice. As we started working together, we agreed on a change of career direction very early. We advised and helped him toward a GT career. Valentin meticulously passes all the stages until winning the GT4 Europe championship in 2020. Last year he won the Aston Martin Driver Academy and began a professional career as a factory driver in 2021. The story now continues as an Aston Martin factory driver in WEC.

Gabriel to the  USA

While Gabriel Aubry excelled in Endurance, followed by Guillaume at most races, he wanted a new challenge. During his second year with the agency, Guillaume secured him a seat in the IMSA championship for the Daytona 24h and all Endurance races in the US. Gabriel finished second at Daytona and continued to impressed DPI teams for the rest of the season. The adventure still continues now for Gabriel in IMSA. With a bright career in IMSA ahead of him.

After the Rebellion Lmp1 program's abrupt stop in 2020, Mathias asked Guillaume and Mathieu to work together and study the possible paths for his next career move. Guillaume identified multiple solutions. The most promising medium-long term one being the prospect of becoming professional in Japon (…) Super GT. After a first seat secured for the LMP2 Asian Series 2019-2020, Mathias signed a Super GT professional contract in February 2020.

Anthoine Hubert contributing

Despite being linked to other career management entities thanks to their capacity to support him financially, Anthoine has always been a close friend to Guillaume, Mathieu, Pierre, Valentin, Gabriel, … When Maceo Capietto's father, current Prema Racing Team’s technical director, former ART technical director, and longtime friend to Guillaume, asked us for assistance to coach his son in Go-Kart Racing we naturally asked Anthoine to help and filled in the role. Anthoine stepped brilliantly in as a driver coach, but not only. He was truly dedicated and managed to develop a very close relationship with Maceo to help him overcome all the traps linked with Go-Kart racing. Maceo finished 6th in the FIA Karting World Championship in 2020 and is now starting his career in single-seater.
