Career highlights—French driver climbing the FIA ladder across three categories; a talent forged in the Williams Academy
Alessandro Giusti is among the most promising young French drivers of his generation. He currently races with MP Motorsport in the FIA Formula 3 Championship. After success in the France Formula 4 Championship and establishing himself as a leader in the Formula Regional European Championship with Alpine (FRECA), Alessandro continues to build an increasingly impressive career in single-seater racing.
His rise has been marked by rapid progression: consistent wins at every stage, and continuous improvement at each step of his journey through the international junior ranks. Alessandro started in karting and quickly demonstrated an instinctive understanding of racecraft, the grit to perform under pressure, and a technical awareness that goes beyond his age.
Double title in French F4 up to the three FIA steps
In 2021, Alessandro won the France Formula 4 junior title in his debut season—at just 14 years old. In 2022 he returned to the track and dominated the entire season with wins in the France Formula 4 Championship—again, a clear sign that in recent years he has been among the strongest drivers coming through the French system.
On the FRECA platform with G4 Racing, Alessandro made an instant impact: three wins and two poles—something especially rare even if you consider that, the year before, the team had not scored points without him. The following year he moved to ART Grand Prix and finished the season in 4th place.
In FIA Formula 3, he secured two podiums and ended his debut season in P10; more top-10 finishes than any other driver. In the seasons ahead, with MP Motorsport, Alessandro’s goal is to keep expanding his experience and establish himself as a genuine title contender.

In 2024, the Williams Academy set its sights on Alessandro—a powerful signal of recognition for his potential. The selection was a decisive step in his career and reinforced his long-term ambitions: first targeting F2, then—on the road to Formula 1.
