From UK Karting Podiums to a Factory Seat with Sodikart

The foundations of Nathan Tye’s racing career were built in the ultra-competitive world of British karting. Frequent podium finishes became a defining feature of his early years, highlighting both his driving talent and his ability to perform under pressure.

In 2021, Nathan was recruited as a Factory Driver by Sodikart, one of the most respected kart manufacturers in the world. The same programme helped develop drivers such as Pierre Gasly and Charles Leclerc more than a decade earlier — a powerful validation of the potential already visible in Nathan Tye’s career.

Transition to Competition in Cars

Nathan Tye’s career entered a new phase in 2024 with the move to car racing with Campos Racing, before joining Rodin Motorsport in 2025, a British team that went on to lead the way. Now in his third season in car racing, he competes in the Spanish Formula 4 Championship with Drivex — regarded as one of Europe’s most competitive Formula 4 series. The goal is clear: fight consistently at the front and aim for the title.
