Race: A stunning burst of acceleration kicks off the latest European junior karting groupings
Sasha Miras y Muñoz’s performances on the racetrack represent one of the fastest—and most surprising—breakthroughs seen in modern karting. Since April 2024, in less than two years, she has gone from her very first practice sessions to becoming an internationally recognized benchmark driver in the Mini U10 category. She embodies a new wave of early-mature talent: exceptional potential—marked by an instinctive sense of perception, a direct leap in driving style, and the remarkable ability to stay oneself and compete on the highest competitive level alongside the strongest.
After joining the well-known BabyRace team, Sasha quickly established her benchmark status in the Mini ranks. Whether in national or international championships, she consistently appeared at the top of the standings, backed by striking stability. Her climb up the points table has been nothing short of extraordinary, and she has also placed among Europe’s most exciting young talents in karting.
Early start, immediate impact
Sasha Miras y Muñoz’s karting career began on April 6, 2024—on the very day she made her first outing in a kart. Less than two weeks later, on April 19, she competed in the first race of the Spanish Academy CS55. It was a sign of trust—and a clear signal of rapid momentum.
By July 2024, Sasha had already secured her first personal podium position in the CKCV championship in the Pre-Mini category (6–8 years), instantly proving that even without a large amount of experience, she had the ability to fight with her rivals.

After moving into Mini, the results reveal the answer everywhere
In January 2025, Sasha made her Mini debut at La Conca and quickly placed herself in one of the most intense competitive environments in international karting under the WSK umbrella. Her rise in Mini was further confirmed a few months later, in April 2025: in her first Mini race at the Spanish championship, she earned victory in the MotorLand Rookie (newcomer) group thanks to outstanding performances. In June 2025, her momentum continued. In the Italian round at Franciacorta (IAME Series Italy), she claimed her first personal win—further proving that her competitiveness was not limited to home soil. That summer, in Valencia, she also took her first Mini pole position, while securing a 2nd place and two Rookie wins. She then finished 3rd in Zuera and closed the season as Best Rookie, ultimately ranking 6th overall in the Spanish championship.

International recognition and results on the WSK stage
Sasha’s performance on the international stage reached a new peak in October 2025 at the WSK Final Cup in Cremona. She didn’t just take pole position—she also finished 2nd in the final. For a driver only 9 years old, and with less than a year since her karting debut, it sent a powerful message to Europe’s strongest Mini racers.
The 2026 season then became a real turning point at the highest level. Sasha competed in the WSK Super Master Series at La Conca, winning not only the Pre-Final but also finishing 3rd in the final. Immediately after, at the WSK Euro Series held in Viterbo, she again delivered overwhelming dominance: she won both the Pre-Final and the Final. She carried that winning momentum into the WSK Super Master Series stop in Viterbo, topping the final once again.
In March 2026, Sasha continued to accumulate strong results in the WSK Super Master Series at Franciacorta. She took 1st place in both the Pre-Final and the Final, before adding a further victory over the Trofeo Primavera. With these results, she consolidated her position among the world’s top Mini drivers and was crowned WSK Super Master Series runner-up.
Being able to consistently qualify at the top, turn opportunities into wins, and manage race pressure properly—all of this reflects a level of maturity far beyond her experience. Supported by the highly respected BabyRace team in international karting, Sasha is continuing to grow in an elite, highly competitive environment—technically, too.
With steady progress and increasing visibility in the highest-level events, there is no doubt that Sasha is a name worth closely following over the next few years—especially as she prepares for the next step in her motorsport journey.
