Key moments from his career—French driver climbing the FIA ladder across three categories; a talent forged in the Williams Academy
Alessandro Giusti is one of the most promising young French drivers of his generation. He currently drives for MP Motorsport in the FIA Formula 3 Championship. After his success in the French Formula 4 Championship and his breakthrough as a leader in the Euroformula championship Formula Regional by Alpine (FRECA), Alessandro continues to build an increasingly impressive path in racing single-seaters.
His rise has been marked by rapid progression: consistent wins in every stage and ongoing improvement at each step within the international junior ranks. Alessandro started in karting and quickly demonstrated an instinctive understanding of racing, the resilience to perform under pressure, and a technical sharpness that goes beyond his age.
Double F4 title in France up to the three FIA steps
In 2021, Alessandro won the French junior title in Formula 4 during his debut season—with just 14 years old. In 2022, he returned to the track and dominated the entire season with wins in the French Formula 4 Championship—again a clear sign that, over the past few years, he had been among the strongest drivers coming out of the French system.
Via the FRECA platform with G4 Racing, Alessandro made an immediate impact: three wins and two pole positions—something even exceptional when you consider that the team had scored no points the year before without him. The following year, he moved to ART Grand Prix and finished the season 4th.
In the FIA Formula 3, he achieved two podium finishes and closed out his debut season in P10; more finishes in the Top 10 than any other driver. In the seasons that follow, with MP Motorsport, Alessandro’s goal is to further expand his experience and establish himself as a genuine title contender.

In 2024, the Williams Academy threw its full weight behind Alessandro—a strong signal of recognition for his potential. The selection was a decisive step in his career and strengthened his long-term ambitions: first targeting F2 and then—on the way to Formula 1.

Alessandro Giusti joined The Grid Agency in late 2024. His journey is supported by The Grid Agency through a structured development roadmap, with the aim of being the first to reach Formula 2 and, in the long term, Formula 1. With the momentum already proven through the Williams Academy and his speed across multiple competitions, the focus is on consistently delivering fast returns on the international stage.
