Career highlights – Three step-ups for a French expat driver climbing the FIA ladder; talent forged at the Williams Academy
Alessandro Giusti is one of the most promising young French drivers of his generation. Today, he races with MP Motorsport in the FIA Formula 3 championship. Thanks to his success in the French Formula 4 series and after establishing himself as a leader within FRECA (Formula Regional European Championship with Alpine) under the Alpine umbrella, Alessandro is building an increasingly impressive career step by step in single-seater racing.
His rise has been defined by quick leaps: each tier remains consistently successful, and along the way he continues to evolve with every step. On the circuits of the international junior categories, he began in karting and quickly demonstrated an instinctive understanding of racing, a resilient approach under pressure, and a technical eye beyond his years.
Double champion in France F4: up to three FIA steps
In 2021, Alessandro won the French Formula 4 Championship in his debut season—at just 14 years old. In 2022, he returned to the cockpit and dominated the entire French Formula 4 Championship across the full season: with wins throughout the year. It’s yet another clear sign that, over the past few years, he has been among the strongest drivers to emerge from the French system.
On the FRECA platform with G4 Racing, Alessandro made an immediate impact: three wins and two pole positions—even when taking into account that the team had scored no points the previous year without him, this performance is exceptional. The following year, he moved to ART Grand Prix and finished the season in 4th place.
In FIA Formula 3, he took two podiums and completed the rookie season in P10. His top-ten finishes were more frequent than for any other driver. In the next season, with MP Motorsport’s support, Alessandro’s goal is to further build on his experience and establish himself as a genuine title contender.

Support for Williams Academy drivers
In 2024, the Williams Academy is placing its focus on Alessandro—an important signal that confirms his performance level and potential. This selection is a decisive step in his career and strengthens his long-term ambitions: first targeting F2, then—on the way to Formula 1.

Alessandro Giusti and The Grid Agency
Alessandro Giusti joined The Grid Agency in the second half of 2024. In his structured development plan, his journey is supported by The Grid Agency: the aim is to first break into Formula 2 and, over the longer term, move toward Formula 1. Building on the momentum he has already shown during the Williams Academy, as well as his speed across multiple competitions, the next focus is to deliver high-speed performances consistently on the international stage.
