Pierre
Gasly
Pierre and The Grid
Pierre started to train with The Grid back in 2010. He initially worked trackside with Guillaume who, as a race engineer, was helping the French Federation (FFSA) scout and raise young drivers.
They then continued to work together on the simulator where they prepared almost every race for the following 4 seasons. Mathieu followed Pierre’s progress through the years as his driver coach and accompanied him to all racing weekends from Formula 4 to Super-Formula.
Up until this day our agency is still happily working with Pierre, advising him for sporting and commercial matters, and representing his interests with third-parties.

Gabi and The Grid
Gabriel worked at first with Mathieu when he was still go-karting back in 2011. He then met Guillaume on the track before they began to train more regularly in the AOTech Simulator. Followed by several years of coordinated sporting and technical preparation with both Mathieu and Guillaume, it occurred naturally that Gabi himself asked The Grid to represent his interests and help him manage his professional career. 2 years later The Grid is still representing Gabi.
Soon after deciding to focus on Endurance racing, 18 months ago, Gabi has already managed to make a name for himself in the paddock and generate outstanding performances in the FIA World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC). A professional career is currently within reach.

Valentin
Hasse-Clot
Valentin and The Grid
Valentin started his career in 2014 racing in the French Formula 4 Championship. Before he began to work professionally, he had the opportunity to meet Mathieu and ever since they both have developed an extremely good relationship.
After winning the Porsche scholarship in 2016, and having completed 2 years in the French Porsche Carrera Cup, Valentin decided to step up his career further. Therefore, he personally asked Mathieu and Guillaume to consult him in regard to targeting a factory driver status for the following years. Now involved in the ADAC GT Masters program with Aston Martin GT3, he is considered an affiliated driver by AMR waiting for the next step to become a future Formula One driver.
