Competing in the final round of the FRMEC winter championship, Enzo ended his campaign in style with the first win of his Formula Regionale career. After a solid qualifying performance in a tightly contested series, he finished 4th in the first race of the weekend, before winning a spectacular Race 2.
Enzo, who started 6th and dropped back to 8th midway through the race, put on a masterclass in tyre management, picking off his rivals one by one to cross the line P2, before inheriting the race victory after a penalty had been applied to a competitor.
This is a great reward for Enzo after a busy winter making progresses round after round in Middle-East. This win allowed him to finish the championship P5, grabbing FIA Superlicence points and boosting his confidence before the main program of this season, which is FRECA together with R-ace GP.
