True revelation of the Spanish Winter Championship, Vivek Kanthan held his nerve in Navarra to claim the rookie title. It is an exceptional performance for our American driver, who was still competing in karting last season.
Fifth in the overall championship, he came close (3 points) to finish 3rd, but bad luck didn’t help in Navarra last weekend.
In spite of it all, Vivek finished on the podium four times and secured four rookie wins during the three rounds of the Spanish Winter Championship. Preparation has been ideal for Vivek Kanthan, who is now ready to fight at the end of the month in what will be the first round of the Spanish F4 series. Mega job Vivek !
