THE GRID AND CÔME MAISON FINANCIÈRE LAUNCH "ACCÉLÈRE", AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM

Paris, September 4, 2025 — Because every legacy carries responsibility, The Grid Agency is announcing the launch of "Accélère", an equal opportunity program, in partnership with Côme Maison Financière, through its endowment fund Côme Ensemble.

Driven by the conviction that talent must prevail over background, this program will support young drivers from diverse origins, providing them with the tools to build a career in motorsport — a world often reserved for the most privileged.

At the initiative of this project, Formula 1 driver Pierre Gasly and Guillaume Le Goff, founder and partner at The Grid Agency, are joining Julien Magitteri and Fabien Cabezon, respectively Chairman-Founder and Managing Partner of Côme Maison Financière, along with Margo Laffite, motorsport journalist at Canal+, to create a unique support model: coaching, mentoring, funding, and career management.

“You don’t need to be well-born to go fast, but to go far you need support,” reminds the program’s manifesto. Through Côme Ensemble, Côme Maison Financière continues to embody its core values: excellence, transmission, and collective impact. While this first program focuses on young drivers, it also paves the way for other initiatives promoting equal opportunity — in sport and beyond.
